Kannon's structure encourages independence and personal ownership. Kannon professionals manage their own careers by seeking opportunities, taking responsibility for doing superior client work, and continuously building critical professional skills.
The office is informal. Dress is casual, but the pace is sometimes intense, with the driving force being to do the best work possible for the client. The working environment is generally flexible, with some consultants choosing to take work home instead of working late or on weekends at the office. Kannon's emphasis is on meeting deadlines, not on where the work is done.
The workday can be long, and weekend work may be required. Business travel is light overall, usually for client meetings. Typically, a consultant may be out three or four nights per month, depending on the project.
