Clients Served

Kannon strongly encourages clients to play active team member roles, balancing real world experience with data-driven analyses, and contributing valuable industry and business expertise. Work processes are typically shared closely with client team members, and clients are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the project. As illustrated in our logo of two open interconnected squares, we have no secret "black box."

The client is closely involved in all aspects of the work so the process is clearly understood. Recommendations come from joint consultant/client input. This results in an internal ownership of the work, greater consensus on implementation, and more realistic expectations of what can be accomplished. Ultimately, Kannon feels the strategic direction is more translatable when the knowledge resides with the client.

Our commitment to clients is also evident in the 12,000-Mile Check-Up. At no charge for their time, Kannon principals will revisit the client to re-evaluate the recommendations and jointly assess the impact of the original work. The 12,000-Mile Check-Up represents a shared responsibility to deliver actionable outcomes, not just a report on the shelf.

Kannon's commitment to do whatever it takes to address client's needs has resulted in close relationships. A clear sign of this commitment is that the firm will work for only one company in any competitive market segment. Additionally, over 85% of Kannon's revenues in the past twelve years have been either for a past client or have come to us via a recommendation of a past client, demonstrating the value of our work and of the relationships built.
